Frequently Asked Questions

Here's a list of some of the most common questions we get from individuals we work with.

New client consultations are a one-time fee of $595, and returning client consultations are $495. All consults usually take about an hour. Pricing is subject to change and limited-time promotional consultations may vary in price.

If you owe between $20,000 and $1 million in student loan debt, you can benefit from a student loan plan. If you're not sure, consider common situations when a student loan plan is especially beneficial.

Here's an overview of what to expect on the call and what we need to prepare.

  1. Pre-consult, there's a form to fill out that will give us all the information we need to prepare for the consultation. We'll also get your NSLDS file, which is easily downloaded from the studentaid.gov website.
  2. During the 1 hour consultation, we would find the best loan repayment strategy that will save the most money and fit in with your financial plan. You'll receive a summary email containing notes on your meeting discussion, as well as copies of our student loan calculator and NSLDS analysis tool.
By the end, you would have a clear understanding of the plan details and the action steps to make it happen. Because the success of the strategy is dependent on the client's action after the call, we do not provide any guarantees of outcomes for our consultations. We provide the financial expertise, but it is the responsibility of the client to execute. We do not offer refunds on the one-time consultation fee.
  3. We also include 12 months of email support to make sure you have all your questions answered along the way and are supported as you take action on the strategy discussed in the call.
